Marbled lungfish are capable of surviving seasonal desiccation by burrowing into mud and sleep through the dry season.
free parking
There are three parking areas, totalling approximately 1000 parking spaces within a distance of 25-300 meters. Two of the areas have free parking year round. From the parking areas south of Gudenåen, it is possible to walk the 300 meters to Randers Regnskov via a footbridge. Also, there are 4 handicap spaces less than 25 meters from the main entrance.
At the main entrance there is a parking area for buses (approximately 10 spaces), which is also the boarding area.
pay parking
There are 173 spaces in the pay parking area. Within the hatched area shown on the map, parking is free from the 1st of October to the 31st of March.
